Delivering Long-Term Housing Stability

Pathway Supported Living works closely with Local Authorities to identify and deliver suitable housing, helping individuals transition from homelessness into secure, long-term homes within their communities.

Expanding Housing Supply

We actively identifies and secures residential properties to support the delivery of high-quality housing across Liverpool and the North West. By working in partnership with Local Authorities and housing providers, we help increase housing supply and deliver long-term accommodation that meets local needs.

Encouraging Independence

Our accommodation provides individuals with the stability they need to develop new skills, access education and gain employment, helping to reduce the risk of returning to homelessness.
